Freshly sliced meat over fresh lettuce ready for grilling.
Their meat is of good quality and well-prepped .

But before that, let us first discuss what 'yakiniku' means.  Yakiniku means grilled meat, a Japanese term that loosely refers to grilled meat type of cooking.  So be ready with your grilling skills when you are given the meat, shrimp, fish and what-have-you by the servers.  It is going to be a challenge to those who prefer to just dig in when served food, but for those who like to talk and wait for their food while grilling, it allows them to catch up and share stories at the same time.
