Starmobile cell phones have slowly gained momentum in the past few months as people have started to be more curious about this new player in the gadget industry.  Though Starmobile is relatively new and a 'baby,' there are already cell phone models that are competitive with some of the products from big players.  I have a particular liking to one of its products which is a TV phone because it is just so ideal for watching the news while commuting or in the car.   However, now, I would like to give a short, concise but helpful review of one of its latest products the Starmobile Play Spark.   The Starmobile Play Spark was just released this month and I can honestly say that it has a lot of positive qualities. Let me start with the obvious ones.  First, it is affordable because it costs only P1,999.  Considerin g  that it has a quad core processor and costs barely P2,000, it really is already cheap.   Second, it easy on the hands.  I don't really like bulky phones co
