In today's stressful working conditions and competitive working atmosphere, it is common for people to suffer from different ailments ranging from simple to complicated. And most employers recognize this fact especially if they are aware of the long-term illnesses that are developed from working with them, that is why a medical benefit is one of the things employers dangle to their prospective young employees. Now, I have nothing against HMOs, I recognize the necessity of their products. However, some HMOs really are not reliable. Marketers aggressively sell them, make untruthful sales pitches just to get you to sign up, after signing you up, problems start to surface.
